This project consisted on the purchase and full renovation of an outdated 6-unit apartment complex built in 1959. The complex is located in Encanto Park neighborhood in Central Tucson. 

All of the units were completely renovated with upgraded systems, new kitchens and modern finishes and amenities. Major work was also completed to the exterior areas of the complex for the benefit of present and future residents. These improvements included remodeling the laundry room, installation of pavers and new landscape.
