Location: Morning View, Central Tucson

This project consisted on the purchase and full renovation of a 6-unit complex built in 1947 that had fallen in disarray. The complex is located in the Morning View neighborhood in Central Tucson. 

All of the units were completely renovated with upgraded systems, new kitchens and modern finishes and amenities, in addition to improving the layouts by opening up the kitchen to the living area. Major work was also completed to the exterior areas of the complex for the benefit of present and future residents. These improvements included remodeling the laundry room, the construction of a ramada and new landscape.
